Therapy can be scary, but also life changing:
Making the decision to go into therapy can be a difficult one. People go to therapy for many reasons; to help navigate life's challenges; to improve relationships; to problem solve; to build emotional management skills; to help with a difficult and stressful life situation; or to improve over-all well-being. Regardless of the reason, I will do my best to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible.
Services are provided exclusively virtually; for adult individuals ages 18+. Offering out of network services (self-pay) allows us to approach your needs without the limitations of insurance restrictions. Fees range from $140-$150 and are due at the time of service. Payment may be made via Venmo.
Jaime Bishop, LPCC-S
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-SUPV (Ohio)
A seasoned clinician with over 30 years of experience in school counseling, community mental health, and private practice.
I am strongly CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and Mindfulness-based. However, I am an eclectic therapist, and will meet you where you are at; tailoring a therapeutic approach that meets your needs.
Areas of experience include; mood and anxiety disorders, LGBT issues (including hormone and surgery letters); relationship concerns; and intrapersonal growth and development.
You are more than a client, you are a multi-dimensional human being. Together we will take a holistic approach to your mental and emotional health; considering everything that impacts it.
You will learn tools that will improve your emotional management skills, which will result in living a healthier, more peace-centered life.
Services are exclusively via virtual platform (currently using HIPPA compliant Zoom).

However, if you are motivated to the work, you can expect the therapeutic process to be life enhancing.
